Event listing recommendations

Before you create an Eventbrite Ad, you must have at least one published event. For best results:

  • Choose interesting cover images

  • Create an engaging event summary and description

  • Add an Agenda and FAQs

To learn more, visit Eventbrite's guide for high-quality event listings.

Location requirements

Eventbrite Ads is only available for organizers in Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Singapore, the United Kingdom, or the United States.

Before you launch your campaign, you'll be able to target a location. Your event doesn't have to take place in the same area you advertise in. If you are running an online event, you can advertise your event across your country or within a specific market in your country.

Available currencies

If your advertised event includes paid ticket types, you must collect payment in one of the following currencies:

  • Australian dollar (AUS)

  • Canadian dollar (CAD)

  • Pound sterling (GBP)

  • New Zealand dollar (NZD)

  • Singapore dollar (SGD)

  • United States dollar (USD)

Why Eventbrite Ads campaigns get rejected

Your event must meet the Eventbrite Ads Guidelines. If it doesn't, you’ll receive an email that your campaign was rejected.

If you believe your ad was rejected in error, you can respond to the email you received for support.
