Manage your email communication preferences

Update your email communication preferences to choose when to receive event updates, opt in or out of Eventbrite marketing emails, or find out about new Eventbrite features. To get started, go to Account Settings. Then select Communication Preferences.

Log in to your Eventbrite account. Then go to Account Settings.

2. Go to "Communication Preferences."

3. Choose the emails you want to receive.

Check the boxes next to the emails you want to receive. Leave the emails you don't want to receive unchecked.

4. Select "Save Preferences."
