Buying a ticket grants you admission to this six-part series from 6 pm to 9 pm on Mondays. The dates are 9/22 – 9/29 – 10/6 – 10/13 – 10/20 – 10/27.

This six-session course, taught by ICE's Lead Instructor of Wine Studies and Advanced Sommelier, Paul Sherman, uses grape varieties, as well as winemaking regions, as the keys to understanding the full wine spectrum.

You will receive a thorough introduction to wine tasting, wine selection, winemaking, laws and labeling as you learn about wine components and taste some of the world’s most celebrated wines.

WEEK 3 - ESSENTIAL WINES OF ITALY

WEEK 5 - ESSENTIAL WINES OF CALIFORNIA & THE NEW WORLD

WEEK 6 - ESSENTIAL SPARKLING WINES OF THE WORLD

*You must be at least 21 years old to attend this class. Your age will be verified in person.*

Yes, parking is free with validation. The entrance to parking is 40 S. Oakland St. Pasadena, 91101. Pull a ticket from the rightmost entry and walk around to the front of the building to the Green St. entrance lobby to validate. Please park on the 2nd and 3rd floors only.

Can anyone attend this class?

This class is open to the public, as long as you are at least 21 years of age.
