Join us for a free, drop-in Nature Therapy Walk on the breathtaking trails of Montreal’s iconic Mount Royal Park — a serene oasis in the heart of the city.

Led by certified mental health professionals and mindfulness guides from Mindfulness Outdoors, this gentle, guided experience invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and engage all your senses in nature. Whether you’re seeking stress relief, mindfulness, or simply a quiet escape, this is your invitation to be present — outdoors.

🌲 What to Expect:

  • A slow, mindful walk (approximately 45 min — no fitness level required)
  • Sensory invitations to deepen your connection with the natural world
  • Opportunities for reflection, rest, and gentle sharing (optional)

I am a licensed clinical psychologist, speaker, writer, and mindfulness guide. Since October 2021, I have been designing an outdoor wellness program based on Acceptance and Committment Therapy, Mindful Self-Compassion and other mindfulness-based therapeutic techniques. I have a wide range of experience and training from an honours degree in Biology and Biochemistry to children's entertainment to Clinical Psychology. My approach involves helping individuals understand what truly matters to them and empowering them to live a more fulfilled and balanced life.
