Enjoy a relaxing and creative evening with watercolor paint and tools.This in-person experience offers a unique blend of art and relaxation. Unwind with a paintbrush in one hand as you let your creativity flow. No experience necessary - just bring your positive vibes and we'll provide all the materials you need. Discover the joy of painting while sipping on your choice of aromatic teas in a serene atmosphere. Don't miss out on this opportunity to relax, unwind, and unleash your inner artist! A few moments of breathwork(focused breathing to help to relax body) and meditation( words and stillness to encourage peace and tranquility) will begin this experience.

Wellness and Holistic training includes Thai Reflexology, Reiki, Yoga for Adults and Children, Zumba, Zumbini, Yoga for Athletes, and Yoga for Injury Prevention /Recovery. My experience includes teaching group and private yoga and meditation at libraries, community centers, residential gyms, schools, and corporate offices, including CSPAN, Washington DC . I am also a Certified Member of Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals and CEO of Healthy Bodies, Healthy Minds Yoga and Wellness
