Supporting Transition Services and Promoting Student Led IEPs for D/HH

Transition services are an integral part of IDEA. Presenters Dani Willhite and Angie Aromando will walk through how they discuss and support transition services for students who are d/hh in middle and high school. They will share how they prepare students to lead and take ownership of their own IEPs. Dani and Angie will provide take-aways and resources for professionals to use in their classroom, with their students, and families.
