Stand-up paddle boards can be a unique way to practice yoga. If you have never tried it, you should give it a try! You'd be surprised how much you learn in one session on board a yoga mat in the water. Bring your friends for a private group or arrive solo, you'll make friends instantly when making a splash! It's a fun bonding experience. Summer is short. Spend it outdoors!
