When is the event?

The Spring Hill Event Expo will be held on Friday, September 5, 2025, from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM at Spring Hill Event Center, 1018 Parkway Drive, Spring Hill, TN 37174.

How much is the vendor fee?

The vendor fee is $100 and must be paid in full to secure your spot. Payment instructions will be sent after your application is accepted.

Who can apply as a vendor?

We’re looking for vendors in the event and celebration space — including but not limited to: Food trucks Snack and dessert vendors Custom cakes and pastries Beverage carts DJs and entertainment providers Photographers and photo booths Decorators, florists, and party rental services

How many vendors will be accepted?

We are limiting the expo to 20 vendor spots to ensure quality and visibility for each participant.

Do guests need to buy tickets?

Yes, guests will need to purchase $5 entry tickets, available on Eventbrite. Vendors are encouraged to share the link with their audiences to help promote attendance.

Can I help promote the event?

Absolutely! We’d love for vendors to share the event flyer or ticket link on their social platforms. Exposure helps everyone!
