What can I expect?

This 12-hour program includes a 2-hour coaching skills workshop and three 2-hour monthly peer coaching sessions with a cohort of up to six participants. Each cohort is facilitated by an experienced, ICF-credentialed coach and designed to foster active participation.

What is the time commitment?

The program involves 12 hours of facilitated workshops and peer coaching sessions. To get the most out of the program, participants can expect to spend 6-9 hours total reflecting on and applying the coaching skills between sessions.

What is the schedule?

To maximize attendance, peer coaching sessions are scheduled based on participants' availability. After the Coaching Skills workshop, the facilitator will coordinate with participants to set optimal dates and times for the five monthly sessions. Options may include weekdays and weekday evenings.

What if I can’t attend a session?

This program is most successful when all participants are present at every session, which is why they are scheduled based on the participant’s availability. We know that life happens and, if you have to miss a session we will provide options to ensure you maintain momentum in the program.
