SCOTT MILLER
Long before co-founding that dapper twangpop outfit [The V-Roys], Miller logged many miles onthe singer-songwriter trail as kind of a cross between John Prineand Loudon Wainwright III.” (NoDepression)“Scott Miller’s songwriting has always balanced wit with woe.” (Relix)Recently inducted to the East Tennessee Writers Hall of Fame, fiery roots-rock singer/songwriter
SCOTT MILLER returned to his native Virginia to tend the family farm while continuing to releaseand perform new music informed by that rural area, history, and Appalachia. The Staunton nativefirst made a name for himself in the 90s as guitarist, vocalist, and songwriter with the superbpop/rockband the V-Roys before establishing himself as a gifted and eclectic solo artist, first withhis ad hoc group the Commonwealth and later on his own. “[Miller combines] the emotionalhonesty and intelligence of a singer/songwriter with the swagger and enthusiasm of a rock &roller... a gifted and eclecticsolo artist.”

Nate Clendenen:
Nate Clendenen is an American singer/songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, and performer from the Eastern Shore of Maryland. Steeped in influences all across the board, his family's generational roots extend deep into Virginia's Blue Ridge Mountains, while his blood runs thick with the saltwater of his tidal home. Roots in the mountains... blood of the ocean.
Growing up on large parts of bluegrass, rock, country, reggae and blues, Nate now performs in several different outfits drawing on that spectrum. In addition to being a solo singer/songwriter, you can catch him with his rock/country/blues group, Eastern Electric, or with multiple bluegrass bands such as Clendenen Brothers and others, all with a varying all-star cast of Mid-Atlantic musicians.
Over Clendenen's 25 year career he has released 8 original recording projects, performed across all corners of the continental United States, the US Virgin Islands, Australia, and a bit in Brazil, Canada, and Mexico. He is a classically trained vocalist and percussionist, an award winning guitar flatpicker and a bonafide road warrior.
