Wear comfortable clothing, hydrate adequately, and have an open mind. Participants are asked to prepare a list of experiences, issues, concerns, emotional challenges to explore without it being necessary to share any details other than general information that will allow guidance through the work.

How does this exercise work?

The exercise inhalation assists us to pull back lost energy; while exhaling permits us to expel foreign, undesirable energy that has accumulated in us through experiences of our interactions. We can recuperate our strength and power, and release energy trapped in the world to pull it back to us.

What are the benefits of this work?

Accepted Answer

There are various benefits. The intentional breathing activates the body's natural healing response. It promotes relaxation, emotional release, and a sense of inner peace. Coupled with the visualization, when recalling events the practice will bring back energy left behind as an emotional deficit.

How will I know if it works?

Accepted Answer

As long as there is an earnest and authentic approach to following instructions and guidance there will be a notable visceral difference in the experience of what it is applied to. Most often people feel lighter with less of an emotional charge, and an experience of freedom that wasn't present.
