We invite you to join us on a soul-nourishing journey through Portugal from April 26 - May 3, 2026, where the rich tapestry of culture, food, and wine will be backdrop for eight days of community, connection and discovery.
Start your days exploring Lisbon's vibrant streets, where the old-world charm of tile-lined buildings meets the rhythm of city life. Wander through bustling markets where local artisans share their ancient crafts and discover the beautiful streets, shops, and cafés. Immerse yourself in traditional Portuguese arts with a tile-making class, a visit to the beautiful Portalegre Tapestry Museum and more.
We’ll venture beyond the city, traveling to charming towns like Portalegre and Évora, where cobblestone streets, medieval architecture, and local artisans invite us to slow down and savor the authentic heart of Portugal. We’ll indulge in farm-to-table traditional Portuguese meals prepared by women chefs and take in sweeping views with a glass of vino in hand. Learn about local cuisine and take part in a hands-on workshop where we’ll make conventual sweets, traditional desserts that originated in 15th century monasteries and convents.

Pricing for this retreat is $6,295. Single supplement is an additional $1,250. Your nonrefundable deposit must be paid by 1/30/2026. To avoid fees, we encourage you to make all payments payable by check.

Frequently asked questions
The retreat price includes all accommodations, meals listed in the itinerary, entry fees for activities (like the National Tile Museum, a ceramic workshop, and tastings at Pepe Aromas Farm), as well as transportation during the retreat. Drinks are included with certain meals as noted.
The retreat price does not include airport transfers, personal expenses, drinks outside the listed inclusions, travel insurance (which is required), transportation outside of the planned itinerary, intercontinental flights, or tips.
Yes, travel insurance is required for all participants. We recommend TravelEx or World Nomads. You can also contact Pam Perry for assistance in securing your travel insurance at 206-617-0102.
Many of our guests travel solo! This retreat is designed to help you connect with a like-minded community of women, so whether you come alone or with a friend, you’ll quickly find yourself surrounded by new friends.
Our typical guests are women aged 40-60+, but we welcome anyone over 21 who is seeking a meaningful adventure with other like-minded women.
Yes! While we have many group activities planned, there will be opportunities to explore on your own, relax, or take time for personal reflection.
Cancellations made 91-120 days before April 26, 2026, will receive a 50% refund (excluding the non-refundable deposit). No refunds will be issued within 90 days of the trip, after January 26, 2026.
This retreat is intentionally designed for a small group of women—capped at just 12 participants—to ensure an intimate and meaningful experience. The retreat will have a minimum of 6 participants.
