This 30-hour pre-license course is required for those who want to obtain their New Mexico Real Estate Qualifying Brokers License. Seating is limited. This "Live-Online" classroom experience will require the use of a Webcam, Microphone and speaker in order to participate.

This course is mandatory for anyone seeking a real estate qualifying broker license. It concentrates on the skills required to successfully operate a real estate office.
