Should I bring my own yoga mat?

There are 12 yoga mats available through Kate, the Whispers of Life Doula - along with bolsters, yoga blocks and blankets for the same number of people. If you do not have your own equipment please reach out to Kate at WhispersofLifeDoula@gmail.com to request to barrow equipment from Kate.

Do I need to worry about insects? (Eg. Bees)

The venue is outdoors and there are sometimes bugs on the land, so if you have allergies please plan accordingly.

Can I bring my own nourishment?

Accepted Answer

Certainly! Light hors d'oeuvres - including water - will be provided but you are welcome to bring your own food too! (Especially if you have food allergies please honor your body and your needs.)

Is the site ADA compliant?
