What should I "bring" to our circle?

All you need for our circle is a comfortable, quiet place to be. After we say "hello," you may choose to lay down. To set up a nest, a yoga mat with a pillow to support your head and a blanket and socks to be comfortable. Sitting on the coach or a comfy chair works, too!

Why a "Community Rest" Circle?

Every time we come together in community, we are making an intentional choice of connection over separation, which is a cure in itself. Together, we can put down our collective tension and allow the intrinsic healing nature of our bodies come forward for restoration, peace and healing.
