All you need is a quiet space, a yoga mat or comfortable surface, and any props that help you feel supported (like a pillow or blanket). A water bottle is optional.
Movements are slow, intentional, and mostly done seated or lying down. This class focuses more on how you feel, not how you look.
That’s totally okay! You can do the practice seated in a chair, and I’ll offer cues for support throughout.
Each Ground & Breathe class is 60 minutes, giving you time to arrive, settle, breathe, move, and gently transition back into your day.
This is a live, virtual class. At this time, replays are not available so I encourage you to come live and give yourself the full experience.
This class is designed especially for Black Queer women and femmes, but all are welcome to attend with respect for the space and its intention.
