Class Description:
Come design a summer floral arrangement with Allie Lavigne! This class will start with a demonstration of sustainable floral design techniques, including a hand tied bouquet and a bowl arrangement. Participants will then use these skills, along with Allie’s hands-on guidance, to create their own arrangement(s). This course will take your floral design skills to the next level!
Supplies:
- Clippers (d'Art has a limited # of clippers available for use, if needed)
- Apron
- one medium-large vase or two smaller vases
- 2-3 floral bouquets of your choice
- 1-3 bunches of greenery
- box for transport
For the Floral/Botanicals
- You may bring flowers from your own garden (or a friend’s)
- Purchase from the Instructor at East Beach Farmers Market, Saturdays 9-noon
- Bring florals/botanicals from any florist, greenhouse or grocer that you wish to
