Is the ECO Program held online or in-person?

The ECO Program is a blend of both! Some classes are held virtually, but students are required to attend in-person sessions in Minnesota.

What if I can’t attend the scheduled info session?

Do I need to have a coaching background to attend the info session?

No prior coaching experience is required to attend the info session. It’s open to anyone curious about the ECO program.

Who should attend this info session?

This session is ideal for anyone interested in the ECO program, including potential students, organizational leaders, internal and external executive coaches, counselors, HR professionals, and community leaders. In other words—everyone!

Can ECO alumni attend the info session?

Yes! We encourage ECO alumni to attend and share their experiences with potential students.

There are multiple info session dates. Should I attend all of them?
