Join me on Friday mornings for a gentle, nourishing moment of pause in community. This 30-minute gathering is an invitation to step away from the noise, settle into yourself, and reconnect with your breath in a space of care and presence.
Each session includes:
Community Check-in (10 min) – A space to arrive, share, and be witnessed.
Guided Practice (15 min) – A restful pause with breathwork and grounding techniques to support nervous system nourishment and embodied rest.
Closing Reflection (5 min) – A gentle transition back into your day with intention.
This gathering is open to all who seek a space of restoration and connection. Whether you are beginning your journey with somatics or have an established practice, you are welcome here.
Come as you are. Bring your breath, your body, and a willingness to soften into the moment.

No experience is necessary. This space is designed to be accessible to everyone, regardless of background or familiarity with breathwork and somatic practices.
Just yourself, a comfortable place to sit or stand, and an openness to pause and breathe. If you'd like, you can bring a journal, a cup of tea, or anything that supports your rest.
This is a virtual gathering (or specify the location if in person). A link to join will be provided upon registration.
This event is free to attend, but donations are welcomed if you’d like to support the work of creating accessible spaces for rest and healing.
