The Nature Connection Walks Club is designed for those who want to spend more time outdoors, prioritize self-care, and build a deeper connection with nature. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, looking for a mindful way to unwind, or simply seeking more time in nature, these walks offer a gentle, supportive space to slow down and recharge.
Each month, I handpick 2-3 beautiful trails for us to explore. Every walk lasts up to 2 hours, covering 2-3 miles at a relaxed, mindful pace—perfect for noticing the details of the natural world, soaking in the fresh air, and allowing yourself to be fully present.
📍 Location: The meeting locations will vary for each event but will always be within Montgomery County, MD. The exact location for each walk will be shared with those who sign up.

No, these walks are not strenuous. They are designed to be accessible, slow-paced, and relaxing. We take breaks as needed, and no prior outdoor experience is necessary.
Absolutely! Nature is best shared. Just make sure they register separately so we can keep track of participants.
Walks happen rain or shine, unless there’s severe weather (thunderstorms, extreme cold, etc.). If a walk needs to be rescheduled, participants will be notified in advance.
