What are the dates of the event for clarity again?

The in person event takes place over all three days- November 7,8,9, 2025. The virtual portion will take place only on November 8, 2025.

Where will we stay?

VIPs will stay at the host property with us. Everyone else will either be at the Hampton Inn Blue Ridge, at another Short term rental near our property, or in the comforts of your own home (virtual). How far is the Hampton Inn Blue Ridge from the host property?

The Hampton Inn in downtown Blue Ridge, GA is a 3.5 mile drive from the host property that takes approximately 9 minutes

Are you able to pair us with other individuals or smaller groups to rent a STR closer to host home?

Yes we can! Once you have purchased your tickets use the contact email and let us know. We will keep a running list and when we have enough to fill a close by property we will contact you with details if you prefer not to stay in the hotel.

Will there be vegan as well as non vegan options to choose from for all meals?

We encourage you to reach out if you have specific dietary concerns and we will do all we can to meet you wherever you are.

If we purchase VIP will we have our own bathroom?

The host property has 5 bedrooms and all but 1 has a private bath. It is across the hall so to speak. The final VIP slot filled will be occupying this bedroom. To be clear it will be your own private bathroom to use it just is not “en suite” to the bedroom.

Are there any refunds?

We understand life happens. Due to the private VIP format of this event we won't honor refund requests but if for some reason you are unable to make the trip to Majestic Manor to attend send us an email and we will attempt to resale your ticket(s) thus allowing us to refund you once resold.

If we have a large group can you recommend a place for us to stay to save some money?

Yes we do! Once you purchase your tickets, we have the inside track on several short term rentals near our property. Some within walking distance and several others less than a 5 minute drive away. Just send an email and we can work with you on that.
