About this event

Join us on a quiet rooftop terrace in the heart of Beverly Hills for a breathwork experience that offers space to reset and recharge. Surrounded by open sky and fresh air, this simple outdoor setting invites you to step away from the city’s energy and into your breath.

Perfect for those seeking a moment of calm above the noise. With each session, you'll release stress, reconnect with yourself, and leave feeling grounded, clear, and renewed.

Your journey includes:

  • Grounding yourself with mindful breathwork as the city hums softly below
  • Flowing through guided breathing techniques that uplift and energize
  • Anchoring your practice in stillness, carrying the rooftop’s serenity into your day

Benefits you'll experience:

  • Reduced stress, anxiety, and mental fatigue
  • Increased focus, clarity, and emotional balance
  • A deep sense of peace and presence
  • Rejuvenation for both body and mind

No prior breathwork experience is necessary. All levels welcome.

Note: Sessions are limited to 8 participants only. Spaces fill up fast. Reserve your spot now.
