BBT BodyTap is open to all fitness levels! Whether you’re a beginner or experienced, the moves are designed to be fun and accessible to everyone.

What should I bring?

Bring a water bottle, a towel, 1-10 lb dumbbells (we do provide dumbbells, but just in case you want to bring your own), and your energy! Comfortable workout clothes and shoes are recommended for maximum movement and comfort.

How long is the class?

Each BodyTap session is about 50-60 minutes, packed with cardio, rhythm, and tons of fun.

Do I need rhythm or dance experience?

Not at all! BodyTap focuses on movement and fun rather than perfection. Just come ready to move and have a great time!

Can I attend both weekly classes?

Absolutely! We encourage you to join both the Wednesday and Saturday sessions for double the fun and fitness benefits.

What type of workout is BodyTap?

BodyTap combines cardio fitness with rhythmic, full-body movements and dumbbells to boost stamina, burn calories, and improve coordination.

Is it a group class?
