Welcome to the Surry Arts Council Dance Program! We are so excited to have you joining us for our classes.
Class size is limited. Please call 336-786-7998 if the class is full when you attempt to register. New classes will be added. Classes begin in August and end following the recital in May.
Tuition is the same each month regardless of the number of weeks in the month or student absences. Tuition must be paid by the first day of each month from August 2025 through April 2026. There will be no tuition for the month of May. Tuition can be paid online through Eventbrite or by cash or check in the payment drop box in the dance studio or in the Surry Arts Council Office.
Family tuition is based on the number of class minutes each week. Family is defined as siblings living in the same household. If calculating monthly tuition for multiple children in the same household, use ages 8+ prices. There will be a 5% discount if registration, tuition, and costume fees for the entire year are paid in full by August 15, 2025.
A $25 registration fee per dancer is due before the first day of dance class. The registration fee includes dance t-shirt and recital costs.
A costume fee for each dance class is due by December 1, 2025 The costume fee for each dance class is as follows:
$ 75 per dance class (excluding clogging)
$ 30 per clogging class
All fees are non-refundable. If you choose not to continue classes you must notify the Surry Arts Council in writing. You will be responsible for tuition for that month.
